GUNDAM CROSS WAR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2016 Scheduled for this December in Singapore.! English/traditional Chinese versions of the app released in June

　
BANDAI Co., Ltd will organise WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2016, the first world tournament for the trading card game (hereafter referred to as TCG), GUNDAM CROSS WAR.
Representatives from 8 nations and regions (Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia) will battle to be the first world champion. National and regional tournaments will commence from July. Victors from each of the nations and regions will go on to the finals in December, competing for the title of world champion! A world tournament gathering contestants from 8 different nations and regions is a first in BANDAI’s history with trading card games. Let’s wait and see who will seize the title of Bandai’s first world champion!

Celebrating the release of the all-new booster pack “Wings to the Future” (6 cards in each pack. MSRP 300 yen plus taxes), the English and Traditional Chinese language settings will be installed in the application, enabling more users to get into the game!
　Currently there are some Asian product limited campaigns underway as well. Start GUNDAM CROSS WAR now and aim for the throne of the first world champion!




“GUNDAM CROSS WAR” is now available in 8 different countries and regions around Asia. National and regional championships will be held in each of those areas, followed by the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2016 in December.

■English and Traditional Chinese language installed in app!

By downloading the official app, players can enjoy GUNDAM CROSS WAR on your smartphone as well.
Starting June, English and Traditional Chinese language settings will be finally available in the app! Non-Japanese speaking users will have nothing to worry about. Both languages are selectable not only for card text, but also in the Tutorial mode.

■Official Asian products limited promotion

A limited promotion for official Asian products is being carried out for GUNDAM CROSS WAR. Official products have an exclusive sticker on the display box. Check for the sticker when you purchase products.
Please be aware that domestically purchased items will have different serial codes and will not be able to be scanned in the foreign versions of the app.



1)　Asia limited box special extras
A special campaign for customers who buy the all-new booster pack “Wings to the Future” (6 cards per pack price in Japan: 300 yen plus tax) released on June 24th Fri, in display boxes.
Customers who buy a box will receive a promotional “Wing Gundam” card from Gundam Wing. In addition, the Asian product will include a “Unicorn Gundam Awakened Mode” card as well!

2)　Promotion tickets with serial code (one per box) included!
Official Asian product display boxes will include one index card with a serial code. Collect 3 to trade with a limited rare card of your choice on Carddass Direct. The following 5 cards have been added along with the 3rd set.*Numbers are limited. First-come-first-served basis.

(1)Tutorials with free deck giveaways!
By participating in the tutorial sessions starting from July, customers can receive a 60 card pre-built Gundam Unicorn-themed deck.
All cards have serial codes printed on them. By registering the codes into the official app, the same cards can be used in the app. The deck includes multiple useful rare cards from past sets, which can be further supported with cards from “Wings to the Future,” released on June 24th. Customers will receive a “Banshee Norn: Awakened Mode” card at stores for every 5 packs they purchase of the all-new booster “Wings to the Future,” released on June 24th.

(3)“Collect 100 cards rare-guaranteed!” First Day on the Battlefield Promotion
Until July 30th, all users logging into the GUNDAM CROSS WAR official app will receive 10,000 rare-guaranteed rare coins (enough for 100 cards).
