Celebrating 35 years of Gunpla with a look at what comes next! Our Gunpla Expo World Tour Japan 2015 report is here!

Gunpla Expo World Tour 2015, Bandai's official Gunpla event, was held in Akihabara from November 20th through the 23rd.

With this as the 35th anniversary of Gunpla, we made sure to give it a worthy celebration.The show was split between Akihabara UDX and bellesalle Akihabara, with UDX showcasing the newest HG, MG, RG, RE/100, and more Gunpla from Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin, and beyond!
Throngs of attendees also enjoyed displays of celebrities' Gunpla Supporters colorings, the Gunpla Builders World Cup 2015 Japanese finalists, a chance to try your own hand at assembling parts of the 1/1 RX-78-2 Gundam, and a look into the future of Gunpla.

【Gunpla Builders World Cup 2015】
Japan's finalists in Gunpla Builders World Cup 2015, Bandai's official Gunpla building contest, were on display. Attendees cast heartfelt votes for their favorite at the event.

▲ 15 varieties of exclusive Gunpla were on sale too!

▲ Visitors also saw samples of the Gundam Front Tokyo exclusive kits, as well as the promotional Gunpla for "Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS-Force"!
