U.C.0096... It has been three years since the end of the Second Neo Zeon War. Banagher has been captured in the middle of his duel with 'the Second Coming of Char', Full Frontal, and his Sinanju, and taken to the resource satellite Palau, stronghold of the Neo Zeon remnants known as the Sleeves.
Londo Bell's amphibious assault ship, the Nahel Argama, begins an attack on Palau to recapture the Unicorn and free Banagher Links. At this time, turning his eyes to Earth, Riddhe sorties in the Delta Plus, secretly bringing Audrey Burne along with him.
With the flash of the Nahel Argama's hyper mega particle cannons, Palau is transformed into a battlefield. As the chaos of battle spreads, Banagher escapes in the Unicorn Gundam, but Marida again blocks his path in her Kshatriya. As their wills clash, the Unicorn Gundam's NT-D system activates, and it begins to transform again...
