The Gunpla Builders World Cup 2011 World Championship will be held at Hong Kong's 'Discover Park Hong Kong' on December 25th, 2011.
The 'Gunpla Builders World Cup 2011' is Bandai Co., Ltd.'s first official tournament of Gunpla building technique, painting, and concept.
The World Championship, to be held on December 25th, will feature 10 entries from the Junior Course (entrants 14 years and younger) and 12 entries from the Open Course, for a total of 22 entries.
Four judges will scrutinize each entry, cloose first through third place winners in each division, and crown the world's Gunpla-building champion.
Japan's entries, chosen by both a judging panel and attendees at last month's Gunpla Expo World Tour Japan 2011, are Mei Hata's 'Battle against ZAKU' (Junior Course) and Tatsuhijo Yamaguchi's 'Negai' (Open Course.)
