The Dra-C, a mass-production suit developed during the Delaz Conflict, was still in service among the 'Sleeves', a band of Neo Zeon remnants, at the time of Gundam UC.
The chest and sleeve engravings which mark it as a member of the Sleeves are reproduced with new molding and new foil stickers. The Unicorn ver. also includes new parts to fuse its right arm and gatling into one.
