Update and event info for Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation

A new content patch is available for Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation, the PS3 online battle action game from Namco Bandai Games! We've also got details of the Christmas Exclusive Decal Event and other continuing in-game events!.

・ Corrected a bug which caused the voice chat on/off setting to be ignored in certain situations.
・ Corrected a bug which caused rooms with cost limits enabled to appear as if they were disabled in the browser if the host had subsequently changed maps.
・ Corrected other bugs.
