Pioneering anime mechanical designer Kunio Okawara hosts the "Mechanical City Inagi presents Mecha Designers Summit Vol. 3", to be held March 14th at Inagi Municipal Plaza in Tokyo.
At this third event in the series, he'll speak with vision creator Shoji Kawamori and anime and SFX critic Ryusuke Hikawa about mechanical design's unification of design and craftsmanship, its difficulties, personal tastes and opinions.
The event will also feature the Okawara Cup Mecha Battle Tournament, a display of products made in Inagi, official Inagi-no-Taikoban merchandise, and merchandise featuring the Okawara-designed Inagi City mascot character Nashinosuke Inagi.
Seating is limited to 370, and admission is free.
